The Pregnancy Coaching Process
The coaching process begins with a personal interview (either face to face or by telephone or Skype) to determine the chemistry between the coach and you. Subsequent coaching sessions will be conducted as agreed in a Working Relationship Contract/ Agreement we prepare together at the first fee paying session.
Between sessions you may be expected to complete specific actions that support the achievement of your personal goals. The length and number of the sessions will vary from client to client and are agreed in partnership with a possible end-time. Each session last approximately one hour.
The main focus of the chemistry consultation (personal interview) is:
- Can you and I work together (are we a fit for the coaching relationship we have to create and work within)?
- Is coaching the appropriate intervention for you right now?
- To determine whether you could benefit from coaching?
- To ascertain does my coaching philosophy fit with your values and beliefs?
